Often all that is required is a brief discussion to seek advice, guidance or direction, or simply to have a sounding board to bounce ideas off of. Historically consultants have only been accessible via expensive retainers or by securing minimum contracted billable hours. 

The advisory service  affords clients the ability to engage on a pay as required basis by securing one-on-one contact sessions at a pre-booked time of your choosing. Advisory sessions are held online via a video or audio conference session.  Think of it as a confidential, informal sounding board session, chat or if necessary series of discussions on whatever topics, issues, opportunities or challenges you require strategic, tactical, operational or similar input on.

_How does it work? 

By clicking on and purchasing one or more of the above advisory sessions you will be led through a payment gateway and an e-mail will be sent to you with a link to a booking form to schedule your pre-purchased advisory session. In the booking form form you will also find a notes section where you can briefly outline the nature, context and background to your query.

Doing so will ensure that the discussion, is relevant, focused and succinct. The advisory sessions can be booked as a single once off event or a series of engagements.  Booking multiple slots or combinations of times will permit you to schedule multiple sessions. If you book different time durations you will receive an e-mail for each time increment you have selected, time slots can be booked in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions depending on your requirements and our familiarity with your situation based on previous interactions.  As a rule of thumb typically longer sessions are required initially to gain context and background and shorter sessions are more applicable to tackle specific issues as and when necessary.

On purchasing a voucher to book a slot or multiple slots you will be sent a booking voucher via your provided e-mail address, follow the link and accompanying instructions to finalise your booking(s). Kindly note that the booking form will only display and allow you to book available slots where the required time window purchased is available, should no timeslots be visible on the right hand side of the booking form, please select a different day and date in order to secure your session.

Recommended for short sharp conversations on clearly defined or familiar issues which have a specific or narrow focus and ideally where a clearly defined answer set is available for example - go no go, yes no etc. as opposed to a set of unstructured, undefined or ambiguous choices being available.  This time slot is typically useful as a follow up to discuss specific aspects or issues arising from prior discussions for which their is an established context, background and situational awareness on the part of TiOLi.

The half hour advisory session is best suited  to be a follow up session where understanding of the context, background and issues has already been established but where the exploration of the issues and available options is not well defined nor well structured and requires some debate.  Alternately the 30 minute session will suffice as an initial engagement where the issues to be discussed are clearly defined, known to the client and pertain to specific areas within the organisation.

Best for longer exploratory and contextual discussions, allowing for background detail to be shared in order to better grasp the scope, nature and specifics of client requirements.  These sessions are optimal for initial discovery conversations permitting sufficient time for both breadth and depth of discussion to ensure sufficient exploration and dissection of the issues at hand.  Several such sessions may be required to fully unpack the requirements which can be followed up with one or more shorter sessions for feedback, outcomes and guidance on action steps to be undertaken.
