TiOLi has been consulting with small, medium and listed corporations for over a decade with a particular but not exclusive focus on the Public and Private Education, Wellness and Service Sectors.
Within established organisations the primary need and focus centred on strategic support in the areas of business process optimisation, business growth and turn-around, strategic marketing, branding and campaign implementations, sales and business development initiatives, market and sector research both primary and secondary, product development and go-to-market strategies.
With SMME's we've aided with functional capacitation providing both insourced and outsourced management services as well as aiding with start up and organisational scaling initiatives to ensure growth and sustainability.

_How does it work?

By clicking on and purchasing either the full or half day consulting sessions you will be led through a payment gateway and an e-mail will be sent to you with a link to a booking form to schedule your prepaid consulting session. Should you require more time than a day or half day session, or wish to discuss a bespoke project the third option above takes you directly to a booking form to secure a no obligation free one (1) hour exploratory session to discuss your project requirements in greater detail. In the booking form form you will also find a 'notes' section where you can briefly outline the nature, context and background to your query. Doing so will ensure that the discussion, is relevant, focused and succinct. Consulting sessions can be booked as a single once off occurrence or as a series of engagements by increasing the 'quantity' of sessions purchased. Booking multiple slots or combinations of times will permit you to schedule multiple sessions via the online booking form.

To verify or gain a general sense of availability you can visit the _Availability tab to view my schedule and to ascertain what dates and times may work best for you prior to purchasing and booking a consulting sessions or sessions. On purchasing either a day or a half day (or multiple) sessions, voucher(s) to book and secure a specific date and time slot or multiple slots will be forwarded to via your provided e-mail address, follow the link and accompanying instructions to finalise your booking(s). Kindly note that the booking form will only display and allow you to book available slots where the required time window purchased is available, should no timeslots be visible on the right hand side of the booking form, please select a different day and date in order to secure your session.

_Option One 8hrs $550 p/session
Secure an 8 hour consulting session in situ or online - typically these sessions follow prior advisory engagements and involve active engagement with the client team in addressing preidentified issues or to undertake and progress designated project work. Past and or current clients not making use of a retainer based contract can also use this pay per booking system to secure adhoc engagements as required.
_Option Two 4hrs $300 p/session
Secure a 4 hour consulting session in situ or online - typically these sessions follow prior advisory engagements and involve active engagement with the client team in addressing preidentified issues or to undertake and progress designated project work. Past and or current clients not making use of a retainer based contract can also use this pay per booking system to secure adhoc engagements as required.
_Option Three 1hr Retainer Based & Bespoke Project Enquiry / Briefing Session (No Cost Applicable)
Where longer term engagements are envisaged and or special projects need to be briefed for quoting and our long virtual exploratory discussion can be scheduled to discuss client requirements. There is no associated upfront cost for this exploratory scoping session, it serves merely as a form of introductory and or follow up session to explore client requirements and to discuss possible solutions options through TiOLi.
