Through the process of education we seek to introduce new thinking and sometimes foreign concepts to our clients and their teams. We explain and contextualise these ideas, helping people become familiar and comfortable with new ways of approaching the work they do. Many knowledge workers have a sound education and training background typically rooted in classic business and commercial curricula, however much of todays actual business practice and thinking has moved some distance from the typical post school tertiary training most people receive. This is the reason that TiOLi has always married consulting with training and education services either explicitly or implicitly. TiOLi launched in 2011 as a strategic business management consultancy focused on ensuring organisations both large and small remain relevant and aligned to their customer needs in a rapidly changing world in which technological acceleration, socioeconomic upheaval and globalisation are the norm.

The investment of time, money and resources required to keep individuals, teams and organisations abreast of the latest business thinking and skills necessary to implement these frameworks is increasingly challenging.
